In these terms, "we", "us" and "Xeneva" mean the entity above; "you" means the person making the booking.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website or completing a booking you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation & Refund Policy and our Booking & Voucher Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not book.

3. Who can book

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you book for other people, you confirm you are authorised to act for them and that the details you give us for them are accurate.

4. What we sell

We are a tour operator. We sell travel services — guided tours, private transfers, car charters, monument entry, camps, cruises and multi-day itineraries — which are delivered by us or by vetted local operators acting on our behalf. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

Each listing states what the journey includes and excludes. Photographs are indicative of the destination and experience; vehicles, rooms and routes may differ in detail without changing the substance of what you booked.

5. Prices and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of 5% GST applicable to tour operator services. The total shown at checkout is the total charged — there is no booking fee, convenience fee or surcharge added afterwards.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a booking already confirmed. If a price is displayed in obvious error, we may decline the booking and refund you in full rather than honour it.

6. Booking and acceptance

Submitting a booking is an offer to purchase. A contract forms only when we send your travel voucher by email after payment clears. Until then we may decline the booking — for example where a listing is unavailable, the details appear fraudulent, or the journey cannot safely be operated — and any amount taken is refunded in full.

7. Payment

Payment is by UPI through MMADPay. Your booking is confirmed only when the payment succeeds. We do not receive or store your UPI PIN, card number or bank credentials. Where a payment is later reversed, charged back or found to be fraudulent, we may cancel the booking.

8. Your travel voucher

Your voucher is emailed on payment and is also available under Track booking. It must be presented — on a phone or printed — to the operator on the day. Vouchers are valid only for the journey, date and traveller numbers stated, and are not transferable to another person without our written agreement.

9. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Set out in full in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: most journeys carry free cancellation up to the cut-off shown on the listing; refunds are made to the account you paid from; and dates can usually be moved once at no charge, subject to availability.

10. Your responsibilities while travelling

  • Be at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time. Operators wait a reasonable period; a no-show is treated as a late cancellation.
  • Carry valid photo identification, and any permit or visa your journey requires.
  • Tell us in advance about medical conditions, mobility needs, or anything that affects your safety on the journey.
  • Follow the lawful instructions of your guide or driver, and respect the customs of the places you visit.
  • Supervise anyone under 18 travelling with you at all times.

We may end a journey without refund where a traveller's behaviour puts others at risk, is unlawful, or makes it impossible to run the trip.

11. Prohibited use of this site

You may not use this website to submit false or placeholder booking details, attempt fraudulent payment, interfere with its operation or security, scrape it at scale, or reproduce its content commercially.

12. Intellectual property

The design, text, photographs, itineraries and code on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Third-party trade marks remain the property of their owners.

13. Reviews and anything you submit

Anything you send us — a review, a photograph, a suggestion — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use in connection with our services. You confirm it is yours to give and that it is not unlawful or defamatory. We may remove submissions at our discretion.

14. Limits on our liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed flights or connections, lost earnings, or the cost of alternative arrangements, where these arise from causes outside our reasonable control.

15. Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control — weather, natural disaster, strike, civil unrest, epidemic, government or monument closure, road closure, or transport failure. Where a journey cannot run for such a reason we will offer an alternative date or a refund of the amount paid for the affected portion.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful acts while travelling with us.

17. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The version in force when you booked is the version that governs your booking, and the revision date above shows when this page last changed.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

19. Contact
