Xeneva Travels is a tour operator working across northern and western India — Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Jaisalmer, Mumbai and Goa. We arrange private city tours, one-way transfers, car charters by the hour, monument entry, desert camps, coastal days and multi-day rail journeys.
Every listing on this site comes from an operator we work with directly. We have sat in the cars, met the guides, and checked the permits. When something is not up to standard we take it off the site rather than sell it with a disclaimer.
That is also why our map is deliberately small. Adding a city is easy; finding someone in that city we would put our own family with takes considerably longer.
Three things we will not bend on.
The price is the whole price
What you see is what you are charged. GST at 5% is already inside it, there is no booking fee, and no driver will ask you for fuel money at the end of the day. If a cost is not in the listing, it is not your cost.
Operators, not listings
We are not a marketplace. Every journey belongs to a named local company with commercial permits and licensed guides, and we hold the relationship — so when something goes wrong, you are talking to us, not to a support queue.
Plans change, and that's fine
Free cancellation applies to most journeys, and dates can usually be moved once at no charge. Refunds go back to the account you paid from — we do not issue credit notes you have to spend with us.
No call centre, no runaround.
You book online and pay by UPI. The voucher and GST invoice are emailed the moment the payment clears — usually in under a minute.
The day before you travel, the local operator messages the mobile number on the booking to fix an exact pickup time and place. On the day you show the voucher on your phone. That is the entire process.
If a flight shifts, a monument closes or the weather turns, there is a number that a person answers — and enough slack in how we plan the day to work around it.
